4th fl diagram shows the new plan, featuring a wider central corridor, new unisex ADA toilet rooms, with program offices along the south side and young adult classrooms to the north. A new air conditioning system, with a filtered & conditioned dedicated outside air system (DOAS) to serve the 4th fl only, is being provided for all spaces. Note too that every occupied room has operable windows.
